I just pushed some logic for disputes, now users can start a dispute with mostro-cli (cargo install mostro-cli) with command dispute, still is not finished the dispute logic but now it saves to database when a dispute is started, so we can look on db and solve it. Now I will finish this one and we are ready to start to test on production, testers be ready to try Mostro pretty soon. After this we will fix all bugs users send us, but still have more issues to do, for example now mostro can only be managed by the owner of the mostro private key, we need to add the option to allow other private keys to do stuff like solve a dispute for example, we are getting closer and closer.

TBH I don't think people paying to vote is a good idea. The other way, where the poll creator pays to voters makes more sense to me
