the fact that Arb token is up like crazy tells us how little value most people in those chains put to decentralisation. It simply doesn't matter Those guys are running an L2 that is selling the "belief that it's inheriting L1 security" although it's not .. because in almost all parts of Arb is centralized at least up to now they went for a "DAO" vote to later on find out that it was just a joke.. that votes didn't really have value Yet, the coin is up in price. difficult to understand how people places value into tokens like that

If you are using Binance, be careful they will be replacing all their deposit address from EVM compatible blockchains. Bitcoin, Tron and few others are not affected but ETH, Polygon, BSC etc will be replaced so if you had any service tied to it go ahead and replace otherwise you may lose your money

what if there would be no "likes", no "followers counts", reposts counts... only just interactions. would we behave different? Imagine there is no way to know if you have more followers than another person... I know we tend to use sort of social approvals to find who should we follow. If I get a reply from someone I may check the profile and if that person has tons of followers maybe I should follow too but is that the right behavior? is that enough? I know it's tricky and it's an easy metric to check manytimes.. I also scan through the most recent posts to see what that person is talking about and whether I'm interested in their feed... here in Nostr I'm also following many based on followers just because I assume that person is posting frequently so then I get a more busy feed.. but that's just because we are starting here.. not sure that will be the criteria later on

Being an entrepreneur is so exciting.. I’m now working double than before when I was in a big corporation, yet I’m making no money but I’m so happy 😀 The satisfaction of shipping a product is just difficult to explain and hopefully tomorrow our product will have its first real operation I’m enabling anybody in the world (though I’m focusing in Argentina but I welcome others) to emulate Pix that is a massive payment method in Brazil. So if you work in a business that has many customers from Brazil and you want to offer Pix I’m probably the solution Merchants will receive stable coin in less than a minute .. and it’s all irreversible We’ll add bitcoin lighting in our roadmap as well 💪

Muun is onboarding so many people to Bitcoin and enabling them to interact with Lightning making it simpler and simpler for them Yet, we let a ridiculous narrative say that instead, it’s making it harder and harder .. or it’s attacking bitcoin .. or it’s not a “pure Lightning wallet” C’mon, if muun is successful and is using lot of the blockspace is because people are using it! And those are not JPEGs, are actual satoshis Let’s celebrate that. We can’t live inside a niche of high tech advanced users.. the same way we celebrate using Zaps despite all of it being custodial, let’s celebrate having so many people being onboarded to bitcoin self custody thanks to Muun’s simple user interface

C’mon bitcoiners we can do better than this. I love #[0]​ but making this statement is honestly BS This is like saying “Nostr is attacking bitcoin for making so many new people go straight into custodial wallets” We can be talking about attacking bitcoin all the time for simple things because then we will miss the opportunity to get together when we actually have a real attack #[1]​ made a great investigation there and concluded that muun is using 2% of blockspace but those are actual users! It means is being used by so many people so many times (that’s probably why Nuno from Blue wallet is so pissed always talking BS like his comment below) Yes I know I have a bias towards muun.. but those irrelevant purist discussions about whether it is actually a LN wallet or not are irrelevant. The only thing it is relevant is whether it is solving or not your problem and it seems it is doing exactly that. Muun is the bitcoin onboarding machine and we should learn to appreciate that
