Just a quick note for my future self: It’s been one week since I added meat 🥩 and animal fat back into my diet after eating a plant,eggs,milk,fish,carbs diet for 14 years. In one week, I’ve eaten around 10% of the carbs I used to. Six tomatoes 🍅, three onions, a few spoons of honey and that’s about it. Oh, and I also started making my own double-fermented kefir! About 1 dl of healthy probiotics every morning and again in the late evening. Delicious 🤤 Symptoms so far... My energy is back, no more sleepiness after meals, and my morning routines are way easier 🤷. The belly pain that lasted for two years and left doctors puzzled has became hardly noticable! There must be something to this #carnivore thing!

Ok, some interesting brain glitch happened to me. Are Lightning aliases like email aliases possible. Have somebody even think of that? Having some sort of backend runing sovereignty of course which handles all the alias addresses. Imagine having one master address nobody knows about except you but always using alias addresses for making and receiving payments🤔 I have no clue if that's possible. But this would make Lightning even more private as it already is. #askNostr #idea
