I’m not saying the scope of the SSI corruption isn’t this big or can’t happen… But maaaaybe whomever collected the data and/or built the spreadsheet is just an idiot? I mean, this is the government we’re talking about. And they’re using AI to find/collect this data, which is naive at best in its discernment.
