The Japanese have been noticing for thousands of years

Despite being called "evil racist colonialists" constantly their entire lives, White Europeans have gifted trillions of dollars and unfathomable man-hours of labor to bring high-quality infrastructure to Africa. Decade after decade of trying this, the end result is always the same: The native Africans stop maintaining the infrastructure, it falls apart, and they continue to ask white people for more money while calling them evil (and sometimes even going out and MASS-MURDERING THEM en masse cc Rhodesia & South Africa) How do we help Africa ORGANICALLY dig out of these toxic cycles, without throwing more of our money and energy into the void? It's a complex problem, but I believe #Bitcoin will play a major part.
