Can you think of any other examples in nature where you can shine a light on a dusty rock, and the reflection creates such a powerful luminance that you can read a book under it? 🤔 #2) Speaking of phenomenon that are unique to the Moon... Did you know that the Moon is the only sphere in the universe that lights up uniformly from edge to edge when light is shined on it? As an experiment to try yourself, go out in your garage and shine the brightest light you have onto a rock, basketball, or other spherical object. Every time, you will see what's called a "Specular Highlight", i.e. the light will gather in a spot closest to the light source.
