New conspiracy just dropped for the advanced weird history fans out there... MEDIEVAL KNIGHT ARMOR. We've all read about it in the history books, and seen it depicted in movies like Lord Of The Rings, Game Of Thrones, etc. as a basic metal shell that high-level soldiers would use in battle, often while riding horses. But there's one little problem with the narrative from a non-entertainment, strictly-historical standpoint... The costumes in these movies we've watched, worn by actors as they clash swords with the bad guys...are nothing like the actual medieval armor that once existed. The legitimate medieval "knight armor" suits—the ones you can see yourself on display in certain museums around the world—are MUCH different in their design than those depicted on the big screen. In fact...most of them, upon closer examination, are completely unwearable/unusable by humans, let alone possible to effectively use in a battle scenario. Just a few of the oddities: - The facemasks often have a design that's other-worldly looking, and wouldn't even be physically possible for human eyes to see through. The eyeholes are frequently oddly-placed tiny slits, holes, strange shapes...and sometimes there aren't any openings for human-dimension eyeballs at all 🤨 - The suits often don't have moveable joints where humans would need them in order to actually get into the suit, let alone make the basic movements that would be necessary in battle - The NECK portion of these suits is often narrower in width than the head portion, while all welded as one piece of metal...meaning it would be IMPOSSIBLE for a human to even put it on over their head So...what's actually going on here? Were all of these armor suits just an artistic decoration that was never worn? ...Or could the truth be even stranger? Some conspiracy theorists believe that these armor suits were not actually used by humans at all...but in fact, were used by different species entirely, in a distant past that's been erased from the history books (to be replaced with fantasy stories of "handsome knights in shining armor"). Then, these what were actually ALIEN armor suits, were put up on display in select museums as trophies of conquering said non-human entities, without us peasants knowing what we're actually looking at 😳 Interesting side note: ever since the very inception of the genre(s), Sci-Fi and "Fantasy" movies, TV shows and video games have been OBSESSED with the idea of extra-terrestrial beings donning traditional medieval knight armor (full list of examples attached below). We've always just assumed this was a coincidentally-reoccurring imaginative element...but what if, this has all along been a sneaky truth being slipped into the media, as we know "they" love to do? One thing we can logically conclude by close examination is that the majority of these suits were impossible to be worn by humans. Why do paintings/art from the 18th century and earlier so commonly and casually depict what appears to be different groups of human figures that are radically different in size/proportion? This is a painting of Piazza San Marco in Venice 🇮🇹 by the famous 18th-century Venetian artist Canaletto (Giovanni Antonio Canal, 1697–1768). Look at the 2 regular-sized men in the middle, next to a comparatively-massive man next to them, more than double their height 🧐 Maybe the Smithsonian, with their enormous, top-secret hoard of "dinosaur" bones they've been forcibly-collecting since the 1800s has some ideas?
