Back then I saw the need for more privacy and transactability, so allowed for the alt-coins as a possible solution. But Bitcoin has matured and ALL of them have become what I refer to as Zombie coins, dead projects walking looking for other's brains to feed on. I'd made the 1st Chapter on Communications because I saw the need for uncensorable communication to defend money that had become language. If Amazon would let me, I'd make this free in ebook form. Water IS Life! Here's a high pressure non-electric water pump. This is such a beautiful design for solving one of humanities universal homesteading challenges, "How to efficiently transport water uphill?" This can be used to fill storage tanks/towers uphill capturing potential energy for use in many ways by using far more reliable technology than electrical pumps that have many points of failure. For locations with water flows there are many ways to make use of that resource as a pump like this and with enough height drop the potential for micro-hydroelectic power generation too.
