I haven't been posting my #fitstr because I've mostly been letting life kick my ass lately. Today I worked on installing attic insulation, which basically meant an hour doing hindu pushups and bear crawls to get the really small edge caused by the pitch of the roof before I gave up for the day. Planted and mulched some blueberries. Staked a fruit tree that seemed a little floppy. All after kicking off the day with a BJJ class. Basically moved all day.
