So what I am doing to recover is I am doing +100 more per day or + 200 every two days so that I can gain back my strength and be able to do the full amount that I have to this month (1650) and 1800 on December. View quoted note โ
Iโve been so focused these past weeks into work that I have almost completely stopped training.
I need to gain traction back if I want to finish my 1800 push-ups in a row in December
