I want to believe in this but I'm wary of being rugged.
Borrowing against my stash in order to invest in income generating assets would be a good thing in the short term. Especially if that income was invested back into corn.
But, class of 2017... we've seen it all before... and the scammery just keeps getting worse.
Non of the sensible public figure bitcoiners are lending or borrowing against their stash yet. We all want that reality as it isn't truly an asset if it isn't generating income or yield, only appreciating (impressively) in capital value.
So, we wait.

Increasingly frustrated by my experience with Lightning.
Each time I decide to try out a wallet, it goes well for a few months and then comes the "sorry to inform you that" announcement.
All sorts of reasons why. Can't blame samourai for example, but the others were mainly privacy compromises or panic pivots to comply with regs.
I have some sympathy but it's annoying, and despite being Bitcoin Class of 2017, I've yet to settle into normality with Lightning.
