last thoughts before I go to bed… thank you @craigraw — I depended on your software today and it’s fucking awesome. thank you to the people who are more technically savvy than me that responded quickly and helped me navigate my setup. thank you @MartyBent and @ODELL for the transparency and honesty and recommending people move funds despite the Ten31 stake in @Coinkite. Hopefully we get more info from them soon. I am heartbroken for the people who spent years doing the work stacking into self custody that had their wallets drained. I hope Coinkite can somehow make it right with the victims. Can’t imagine what they are going through right now. Make sure to tell your friends who may not be terminally online to check their wallets/set ups. Lots of lessons learned on my end. GN.

I don’t want to do fucking multi sig or build my own gd signing device., no one should have to do that to be secure. people should be able to be secure in single signature air gapped signers. what an absolute mess.

can someone who is more technical than me confirm if Trezor is also affected by this seed entropy issue?? I have close family members who use Trezor. I use the MK4. All single sig, my family is not technically savvy enough to use multi sig. I would prefer not to use multi sig personally. I added a pass phrase to my single sig and moved funds. Is this enough? This is not a great look for coldcard or the hardware industry. #asknostr
