Signing messages or files GPG style without publishing to relays would be a great nostr feature for me. GPG signatures get the job done, but the social trust behind nostr keys is so much better than GPG's web of trust. Eine eigene Domain für eure E-Mail Adresse hat viele Vorteile: Ihr könnt euch beliebig viele Adressen erstellen und vorname@nachname.de sieht professioneller aus als v.nachname87@gmail.com Wenn ihr vorhabt einen eigenen E-Mail Server zu betreiben, braucht ihr zwingend eine eigene Domain für den Server. Aber auch, wenn ihr eure E-Mail lieber hosten lasst, zB bei ProtonMail, ist eine eigene Domain ein Gamechanger! Denn dies ist eure permanente, Anbieter-unabhängige Identität und ihr könnt jetzt jederzeit von einem Mail Provider zum nächsten wechseln, ohne dass ihr eine neue E-Mail Adresse habt und an Kontakte weitergeben müsst. Sollte euer bisheriger Provider die Preise anheben, oder negativ in die Presse erscheint, könnt ihr jetzt viel einfacher zu einem neuen Host umziehen (theoretisch auch auf einen eigenen Server). Das reduziert maßgeblich die "Kosten" für einen Anbieterwechsel und gibt einiges an Souveränität über eure Daten und eure Identität.
