The power of 2H₂O₂ In his 2017 book Hidden Epidemic (MedFox Publishing), Dr. Thomas Levy examines the contribution of hydrogen peroxide to acute viral respiratory infections. After the initial infection resolves, residual low-grade infection often remains in the mouth and nose, sustained by biofilms of pathogenic viral colonies. These pathogens can linger chronically—particularly in the tonsils—and, when swallowed, may impair gut, dental, and gum health. The resulting oxidative stress can contribute to intestinal barrier dysfunction (leaky gut). Dr. Levy proposes nebulized hydrogen as a potential approach for addressing these persistent infections. image

SA government getting into BTC confiscation: In June 2026, a Johannesburg High Court ruling confirmed that the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) can forfeit Bitcoin (and related funds) for breaches of exchange-control rules. In the case of Mangundhla & Dangaiso v South African Reserve Bank, traders had moved nearly 1,680 Bitcoin (worth about R182 million at the time) from South African Luno accounts to foreign-exchange wallets between 2018 and 2020 without required Treasury approval. SARB treated this as unlawful capital export and ordered the forfeiture of nearly R6 million in Bitcoin assets plus bank/crypto-account balances. Judge Stuart Wilson upheld the order, ruling that Bitcoin is both “money” and “capital” under the Exchange Control Regulations 1961, so it can be seized like traditional currency. This contradicts an earlier 2025 Pretoria High Court decision that crypto was neither money nor capital (that earlier ruling is under appeal). Draft Capital Flow Management Regulations have also raised concerns about broader state powers over crypto, including possible forced sales, but those remain proposals and are not yet in force. Separately, authorities have seized Bitcoin-mining equipment in cases involving illegal electricity use or other crimes, but the 2026 judgment is the clearest example of actual Bitcoin-asset forfeiture tied to capital-control rules.

Make AI Healthier A "nutrition label" approach for digital content could help maintain the quality and reliability of information on the web without slowing the growth of AI. Under this model, every piece of content would include machine-readable metadata indicating whether it was human-authored, AI-assisted, or fully AI-generated, along with information such as source citations, creation date, and revision history. Search engines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems could then evaluate content using more than just relevance. They could also consider factors such as the origin of the information, the quality of its citations, the originality of the content, and the diversity of its sources. This would allow AI-generated content to continue expanding rapidly while ensuring that original sources remain visible, traceable, and appropriately valued within the information ecosystem

The “Kubrick Stare” is one of Stanley Kubrick’s most recognizable directorial techniques, a method of shot composition where a character stares at the camera with a forward tilt, to convey to the audience that the character in question is at the peak of their derangement. image
