Black seed oil is made from the seeds of the black cumin (Nigella sativa) plant — also called nigella seeds — which belongs to the ranunculus family (Ranunculaceae). The black cumin plant is native to southwestern Asia, the Mediterranean and Africa. The key to understanding the health benefits of black seed oils lies in the presence of three key natural phytonutrients: thymoquinone (TQ), thymohydroquinone (THQ) and thymol. If you take a look at the hundreds of scientific peer-reviewed articles that have been published about black seed oil benefits, one fact is clear: It may help the body overcome a number of health issues. No wonder this health-promoting oil has been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine. In fact, research demonstrates that black seed oil may aid health issues like asthma, hair loss and acne due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It may even help activate weight loss. Croatian scientists found the antitumor activity of thymoquinone and thymohydroquinone using an animal model study and discovered that these two phytochemicals found in black seed oil resulted in a 52% decrease in tumor cells. In vitro research showed that thymoquinone, the most abundant bioactive component in oil from black seeds, helped induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in leukemia cells, breast cancer cells and brain tumor cells. A 2014 study noted that black seed oil may help prevent cancer through the regulation of molecular process. Black seed oil benefits : ✅ helps fight cancer ✅ helps balance cholesterol ✅ helps improve male fertility ✅ helps improve lung health ✅ helps hair, skin and nails ✅ helps combat diabetes ✅ helps weight management/loss ✅ helps treat infections 📋 📋 📋 📋 📋 https://academic.oup.com/carcin/article/44/5/426/7146180 📋 https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0975947616300389 📋 https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1155/2014/724658 📋 📋 📋

The symptoms that lead to my cancer diagnosis: 1. Hot flashes - I’d literally be walking through the house and suddenly be drenched in sweat. 2. Mood swings - wild waves of every emotion. 3. Chronic fatigue - couldn’t get enough sleep or feel rested ever. 4. Just feeling off - I couldn’t even really describe the feeling, I just didn’t feel like myself. I honestly thought I was going through early menopause. I knew something was wrong though. When I first went to the doctors to get checked out my daughter was only one and a half so I had attributed most of my symptoms to being a new, tired mom who had just climbed out of the deep, dark, post partum depression hole. However, once the depression began to subside and other symptoms like the hot flashes began, I knew something else was going on. I never in a million years would have thought I had cancer. I was only 27 when the testing began. First it started with finding a lump, then on to an ultrasound where the tumour was confirmed. Next step was a biopsy and finally the diagnosis. The worst part of all of this? It took six months to get from my first appointment to my diagnosis. Never dismiss your symptoms. If YOU feel off, listen to your body. Remember that you know your body and you need to advocate for yourself.

There are two special antioxidants which support mitochondrial health. These are alpha lipoic acid and Coenzyme Q10. Both of these antioxidants help with energy, protect the mitochondria and support mitochondrial 'biogenesis'. Biogenesis is the process of renewal and increase of the mitochondrial cells. What food has the most lipoic acid? * red meats. * organ meats like liver, heart, kidney, etc. Foods that contain CoQ10  * Organ meats: Liver and kidney * Fatty fish: Salmon, sardines, trout, and mackerel * Meats: Chicken, beef, and pork What contains an incredible amount of gut healing, mitochondria renewing, overall wellbeing nutrients? MEAT STOCK! What it contains: * Collagen: Found in the bones and connective tissue, collagen helps to heal the gut lining and regenerate cells
 * Minerals: Like phosphorus and magnesium, which are important for the body
 * Amino acids: Which help the body use the other nutrients in the stock
 * Electrolytes: Which help to rebuild the gut and support immune health
What it’s good for: * Gut health: The gelatin and collagen in meat stock nourish beneficial gut bacteria, which can improve digestion and immune function
 * Joint health: The collagen in meat stock can help restore cartilage, which can improve joint function and protect joints
 * Sleep: The amino acids in meat stock may help some people sleep better
 * Skin health: The collagen in meat stock provides structure to skin
 * Immune health: The amino acids and electrolytes in meat stock can help rebuild the gut and support immune health

That’s a lot of money spent for things to get worse. Wake up and smell the pharmaceuticals. They don’t have cures or answers. They have bandaids and masks. It’s time to really ask questions, how did we get here? Why did we get here? Your toxic daily load adds up. It all matters. Our bodies were not meant to live in this environment. Our immune system’s cannot keep up. Do what you can and detox now. Remove as many toxins from your home as you can now. Now is the time. Don’t wait for your diagnosis like I did. Do it now.

Who needs red food dye when you have hibiscus!! Why you NEED this in your life: Bovine gelatin is a concentrated source of collagen, which helps in skin, nail and hair health. Gelatin can help reduce joint pain and strengthen joints. It can also help increase the density of cartilage, which cushions joints and helps prevent conditions like osteoarthritis. Gelatin contains lysine, which can help strengthen bones. It can also help the body absorb calcium, which can help prevent bone loss. Gelatin can help heal and protect the gut lining, which can increase absorption. It can also help with digestion, especially for people on diets like GAPS, AIP, or SCD. Gelatin contains glycine, an amino acid that may help improve memory and attention. It may also help reduce symptoms of some mental health conditions. Hibiscus is high in antioxidants and offers many potential benefits. In particular, it may help promote weight loss, reduce the growth of bacteria and cancer cells, and support the health of the heart and liver. Hibiscus extract and its components have also been shown to inhibit the growth of other types of cancer cells studies, including breast, stomach, and skin cancer. Making your own “jello” is super simple! 1. Bring filtered water to a boil. 2. Add 2 cups of boiled water to a pot or bowl and add 4 TBSP of hibiscus (I use a tea bag to keep it separate) 3. All tea to steep for minimum 20min - until water has cooled. 4. Separate 1/4 cup of the tea once you have removed the tea bag. Pour the 1/4 cup into a separate bowl. 5. Mix in 2 TBSP of bovine gelatin in with the 1/4 cup of tea. 6. Allow this to “bloom” - it’ll become a jelly / jam like consistency. About five minutes. 7. You may add your choice of sweetener at this point if you’d like to your tea. 1/4cup of honey is what I use. 8. Pour the tea and the mixture you just made into a pot and heat (do NOT boil) continually whisking until all ingredients have combined. 9. Pour into a glass container or into molds. 10. Allow to cool on your counter for a couple hours and then transfer to the fridge overnight. 📋 📋 📋 https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332220303450 📋 https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-024-58439-3 📋 📋 https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S175646462400063X
