#Apples marketing department seems to be lacking creativity this year.

My gym has a great selection of equipment. Plenty of machines, squat racks with full platforms, cardio equipment (some of which I have not seen at other gyms), and a wide variety of CrossFit/calisthenic pieces. You know the one thing they lack though??? Weight plates…. of all the pieces of equipment to lack they lack the most basic of them all… 🙃 Guess metal prices are too dang high!

Been working on increasing my understanding of the #LightningNetwork. What resources have you used to help increase your understanding? I have been meaning to do this since back in 2022, but raising young kids and work took most of my time. Picked up Antonipoulos's book on the lighting network and been reading through it. Really want to find more resources!

Completed another cycle of 5/3/1! Been making consistent progress on all lifts since starting in December. Accessory work has been kept to a minimum in order to leave room to add in more volume once I feel I am stagnating in the main lifts. Can't wait to get some heavier weights in my hands and on my back again! anyone else on #Nostr into #Powerlifting ?
