I thought I'd share with you something beautiful I saw yesterday morning as I walked through my young forest garden and sipped some coffee. It was a very cool morning and as the sun rose I saw this little butterfly hanging on until it warmed up enough for him to fly off. Have a beautiful day!

Good morning #coffeechain ☕️ Today's daily brew at the fiat mines is accompanied by a slice of homemade pear pie I baked last night. The light flaky crust is sweetened with just a pinch of sugar and dusted with cinnamon. The ripe Bartlett pear slices are embraced with a sweet, syrupy glaze infused with plenty of nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon. My mug of daily brew is enhanced with only cream and no sweetener to balance the flavors of pie and coffee.
