Had a beautiful flight this morning, practicing with my instructor. We scheduled my final progress check with the school for early June. My flying is great, but I really need to study for the knowledge part of the test. Once I pass that I can finally schedule my private pilot checkride with the FAA!

This was my day. Baked a bunch of dark chocolate baklava, and then individually dipped each piece. See you soon in Miami!

Finishing up my baking today, 10 pans in 3 days. Miami baklava just about ready to go. It's a lot of work, but at least the house smells amazing! 😋

Had a lot of fun making maple bourbon pecan baklava for the first time. I used about 3, 1.5oz of bourbon per pan. 😄

Grilling for 2. I'd invite you guys over, but you might eat all this before I get any.
