once upon a time when you reverse MPESA transactions - they didn't give a fuck... the reverse the transaction. --
today whenever you reverse ◀️ a transaction - they call the receiptent to confirm whether they should reverse the TX...
Just lost $12 paying bills to the wrong till . hopefully MPESA can reverse it... but if the receiptent is dishonest -- we lose the money! there's nothing I can do about it.
