I know what you're thinking but reserve your comments remember this is a third world country . I over heard one constituent say 'thats our tax payer money not his funds' And other constituents we're discussing how much they would receive funds split equally per individual ( about $5) instead of the institute receiving the bus. 🚌 🤦🏾‍♂️
