Good morning!
T-mo is raising prices again, so I'm going to be ending my long standing (since 2009) relationship with them, which has been uniformly excellent, though lately, they've been expanding via acquisition and I can't help but think this is the cost increase driver.
I'm very likely going to end up with an MVNO. Poking around, US Mobile is rated very well and has rather cheap plans that more than meet my requirements (my average mobile data usage lately is under 5gb/mo given that I'm on WiFi 90% of the month).
Does anyone have any other recommendations?

This note is a signal that many in the nostr Bitcoin space would do well to hear, ponder, and possibly use to change some of the ideas they have about BTC.
I've never been a Bitcoin only maxi, and think that monero is much better money in general. I still hold some silver and gold and lead and copper and brass (ammunition, for those not gun-inclined). The only money I hate is fiat. Everything else can have it's place, even other crypto blockchain, but only for mon-monetary purposes (IMO).
Bitcoin needs to be spent, moved, circulated, and used before it becomes completely captured as a static value store and nothing else.
Hodling will only further prevent adoption if that's all you'll do with it. The utility of something is not just the potential use, but the consistent application of that utility.
Use it or lose it, basically.

There's still some Italian leaking through, plus... Imperial unit conversion is going to be needed for adoption by us US purists. 🤣🤣🤣

Good morning!
We woke up to a cold house.
I had raised the setpoint to 72*, but where the remote was obviously wasn't optimal, so the rest of the house got cold overnight. It's so dang comfortable without the gross amount of humidity in the air. Even the rooms farthest from the main living area cooled down.
My mother is VERY happy and that makes me happy.
Happy 4th if you are celebrating. I'm having a bit of a lazy morning but will clean up from the install yesterday, buttoning everything up.
