I know a few of you have run Hermes Workspace. Have any of you self-hosted it successfully? I've been banging my head against it all day. For something that should "just work," it sure isn't. The gateway isn't finding the agent install. The web UI isn't connecting to the back end (and I don't even know what that's referring to). But, agent is installed because I can SSH into the server and run the agent easy peasy. My GPU remote monitoring script is actually working quite well now! The above screen cap was first uploaded to a blossom server on my laptop, which automagically uploaded it to several other blossom servers. I still don't understand how this works, but it sure does. I am one step closer to clanking together a useful thing for publishing notes via my own stack!

Good morning! I don't vote anymore. Voting got us into this mess. Voting will not get us out. Validating the crapshow by participating the a continually worsening system because "it will be so much worse if you don't vote for this guy" is shortsighted. It is always going to get worse until you put in the effort to make your own life and the lives of your loved ones suck less in real ways by literally starting to do everything needed to be done to not rely on the rest of the fragile systems that are eroding everyone's human vitality. Also, I resent the current systems because I do not think that people who can't her their own life together should have any say on how government functions. High-time preference people are poison. Any system that allows people like that to vote for things that impede on my ability to provide for me and mine is, in fact, evil and should both be avoided at the least and actively fought against. I was speaking with a former coworker last night. She's been elected to the state government and is a conservative Catholic (unusual in Maine) and VERY intelligent. She acts as a good representative to her constituents, voting against party lines in most cases. This used to be the norm, but, as we've drifted into godless hedonism that's literally destroying our minds and weakening our souls, the system is bent towards destruction and control. And again.... I refuse to provide validation by participation. #rabdomthoughts
