When i do a breath practice that really gets me in a state where my mind is blank, i will almost always see a shiny image that reminds me of a jacks game piece. Anyone have any clue what it may mean or have a similar experience when meditating? It may just be a shiny star shape that i envision in the center of blackness, but it has this shape.

Everyones need for new shit and novelty causes companies to put out products that are not ready designed for longevity. Of course they know this and do not care because it is more important to keep up with customer’s diminishing attention span rather than spend time developing products that will last and are of high quality. A frustrating marketplace for an elderly person like myself who recalls when things were built to last.
