It seems to me that if you are not on social media you cease to exist for the matrix. I like it. Non false conversation with people I don’t see or chat ever and they send messages on birthdays like they care. I had one of my best birthdays ever. Nothing fancy but full of love. Try it. I’m amazed. I deleted instagram and YouTube from my phone. (I deleted my instagram account but still use YouTube on my PC). I deleted them cause this platforms likes to censor and I like free speech. But also I deleted them cause I use to spent A LOT of time scrolling reels. This behavior was new to me, I avoided it for years, but it finally got me. I can’t believe most people have a strong addiction to cheap dopamine and don’t even realize it. WORK ON YOURSELF INSTEAD OF THROWING VALUABLE HOURS LOOKING OTHER’S “PERFECT” lifestyles!
