What struck me when setting up this scene was that the environment reflected on the car affects how we perceive its shapes and forms. Camera settings such as focal length play a huge role in the portrayal of a vehicle – longer lenses can make a car look less stretched and much tighter than a wider angle lense. Tokyo back alley assets by Big/Medium/Small have options for wet surfaces, which saves an incredible amount of time.
