After a wild weekend of food, drinks, and Bitcoin in Chiangmai last week, my body fat went on a steady rise 3 days after, up to 21.2% and my visceral fat went up from 6 to 7. So since Monday, I've been stricter with my self, extending my fast to OMAD, eating nutrient dense food every day. 6 days later my scans are back to normal. Weight 80.4 -> 79.4 Muscle Mass 36 -> 36.2 BMI 24.8 -> 24.5 Body Fat 21.2% -> 19.6% Visceral Fat back down to 6 Will probably keep this up for another week to give some wiggle room but I'm feeling much better now. Oh, and also doing 100 pushups a day is kinda fun, on day 5 now.
People need to stop using Muun.. Or at least they should know that Muun isn't really a Lightning wallet.
@Vitor Pamplona Hi, my wife's Xiaomi Mi13 is not showing files when trying to browse for picture on Amethys. I've checked the permissions, they were all fine, reinstalled the app, try both playstore and play version, the problem persists. One curious note, some times when I start Xiaomi's file manager the files would also show up on Amethys. Anyone who's going to do the 100 pushups challenge, - know your limits, no point in injuring yourself, plan ahead, spread the sets if you need to. - don't forget to stretch properly - integrate some rest days - don't neglect other muscle groups - if you can't do 100, slowly work up to it. - eat enough meat protein - L-Citruline is amazing for muscle recovery from my experience. Remember, you are only participating for yourself, your result will be your proof of work.
