Bloodwork came back with high levels of creatine and iron and lower white blood cell count. I'm not full carnivore but on a higher protein/fat diet but still have the carbs for my 2nd meal. I usually have steak/bacon/saugages /eggs or leftover protein for the first meal then regular mix on carbs, meat, veg and fruits with dinner with my family for the 2nd. Is it expected with the increase in the red meat and eggs? Do I need to exercise more then 3 times a week?
