If any cyclists on here, the 2026 Biking Across Kansas route is now published. If you’ve never done before, I highly recommend doing so. Is a great personal challenge and you will experience the hospitality across the plains while enjoying the beautiful topography.

Dear Damus Diary:
Made 5 lbs of Beef Chorizo today, packaged in 1/3 lb baggies and placed in fridge until morning then will freeze.
Will use about a pound for Smoked Poblano’s this weekend.
Beef Chorizo makes a great breakfast when add eggs and potatoes.
