I am not sold on the concept of IP anymore. With AI we opened pandoras box on it. How would you try to enforce IP infringement if some chinese dude is running their local LLM in his basement? Is it unfair to the guy putting in the work beforehand? Yes, but I don't see any way around it. Thoughts aren't property.
