I’m at 1.6 miles run on my 12 minute Cooper test. Never been much of a distance runner so not bad to start but still aways of my 1.75-1.8 mile goal. Gotta push myself and stride it out a bit more: if I stay consistent my goal should be achievable by next summer. 1% better every week and let my investment compound
