Every time I spend #Bitcoin, I mentally double the item's #fiat price. Then I think again if I really need to buy it. Doubling the #fiat price mentally makes you aware of the opportunity cost of spending your #Bitcoin. That is the cost of living on a #Bitcoin #Standard. If you still live on a #fiat standard and buying your #Bitcoin you can still do the same exercise. For every unit of your local #fiat you do NOT buy #Bitcoin with, double the #fiat price due to missed opportunity.
