Policy filters don't work if the majority of nodes don't run them, like more than 95%.
So it's a matter of time now. Would be nice if miners kept using the filters.
There will only ever be 21 million coins (right?) and fiat does what fiat does, so monetary value will go up. But will it remain digital gold? Maybe people will prefer other options.
I think part of the community is losing the plot.

what's up

If core devs are worried about 20% of the network using a node maintained by a single guy, well, they could reverse the single change that made 20% of the node runners use that untested implementation.
The risk of the untested implementation is lower than core v30. That's what the Knots runner thinks.

i don't understand the zcash hype.
they're moving to proof of stake. they have a tax on block reward. why are they listed and monero isn't? because privacy is optional?
anyway, stay humble and stack sats.

Will there ever be a soul who shows OP_RETURN images on the clearnet, without filtering?

of course for the wrong reasons but funny anyway

we can win the cat and mouse game by continuing to play it.
winning = fewer frogs
losing = OP_RETURN bloat
but what do I know, just a pleb running a node
