For context: Norway.
How come, in one generation, did the milk become less local, less people working in transporting it, get less sustainable(from glas bottles that you retuned to the milkman, to paper cartons), farmers get paid less, and less farmers to pay. And still the milk is more expensive?
I don't try to complain, I can afford the milk without worries. It's more of economic reflections.
And on top of that, the government is mandating almosy all farmers to use Boaver in the grains to make them fart less.
