Encountered a disgruntled client today (among many; I’d say 99% of people hate taxes). Anyway, we’ve all had moments of outbursts and I’m familiar with terrible environments. I have thick skin and after a certain point you just become easily detached to a lot of things. Tried to talk to the client during their rant. I calmly asked in what way could we help her, she continued to rant, they hung up. The positive of it was my coworker and I had a good laugh. 🤣

Highly recommend visiting Taiwan and Asia in general before 2027.

I’ve been in and out of the hospital this past month. I’m 10000% certain I don’t see myself ever working in healthcare directly but I do think I’m not insane to think that hospital food should be the best damn meal any patient should have. But it’s not. It’s terrible and adds to the stressful environment. Like, if I had a surgery, food is probably the last thing on my mind, but seeing terrible food doesn’t really make me feel better Aside from the pharmaceuticals we insert in our bodies, food shouldn’t be low priority.

This is the first time I am blaming mercury retrograde for anything. My level of exhaustion has been so incredibly chaotic that everything is indescribable. But I continue to march onwards🫡

Sometimes, the people who need therapy the most are the people in the stories patients talk about. 2nd hand trauma is annoying and it stops with me.

I truly believe people are extremely capable of doing whatever they want, but some people are just MADE/DESTINED for certain paths. I am grateful for healthcare professionals who are in consistent care of people, but I’m happy this was never a route I took.

I’ve always been more concerned about the privacy factors of the “Are we dating the same guy” concept/fb groups that have been around for a number of years. But in general, I just find it to be incredibly invasive thus I’ve never participated in it. I completely understand the benefits and safety aspect of it all, but to what extent do you have to be really cautious, distrusting, and borderline obsessive about someone?
