How often to you guys take a break from Bitcoin? My girlfriend (also a bitcoiner) told me that I need to take some time off for my mental health. I feel that there's so much to learn and so much to get done that it's hard for me to step off the apps, turn off the podcasts, or just stop talking about it.
Does anyone have any tips?
