I woke up feeling immense gratitude for discovering NOSTR, Bitcoin, and the entire Bitchat tech stack. This ecosystem offers a decentralized, censorship-resistant, ad-free system where you can choose to contribute value to the network or simply participate. It reignites my hope for a free and open future. Last night, I was teleporting around Bitchat and connected with a gentleman in Western North Carolina, an area devastated by Hurricane Helene. He's using this technology to build an emergency communication system for natural disasters. Just wanted to say thank you! Today we unloaded deliveries, tractor trailers, organized and loaded up supplies for delivery to highly effected areas. We loaded up helicopters with medical supplies, insulin, propane, batteries, lights, generators, and mres. Cold weather front moving in and bodies are still being pulled down off the mountain using trash bags as body bags. People are getting burned touching the water. I'm humbled and grateful to do my part. sometimes all you can do is pray and be there. I'm at a church being used as a distrobution center here: 424 Heritage Blvd, Newport, TN 37821 Stay humble and stack sats because banks and the government don't give a flying fuck about you.
