Sunday as "the Lord's Day" has become a performance for many. Not because gathering is wrong. Because performing is not worship. They dress up. Show up. Sing along. Nod at the sermon. Post a Bible verse. Then go home and live exactly like the world. No change. No healing. No freedom. No fruit. That's not honoring God. That's a routine. Isaiah 29:13 – "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me." Jesus quoted that. He wasn't impressed by religious performance. So what is the Lord's Day? Not a day of obligation. A day of alignment. Rest. Reflection. Connection. Not in a building. In truth. If Sunday is just a show, it's not the Lord's Day.
