And it got smart enough to become the apex predator on the planet. 50,000 years ago it became smart enough to learn how to plant and grow food. It was more reliable than hunting but took a lot of work. It became so smart that it made factories and companies that make food. Now these companies are trying to convince this being that meat is bad and chemically processed lubricants are healthier than animal fats. Be smarter. Eat meat.

I see a lot of Veterans with type 2DM. Almost all are on semaglutide. Almost none know about keto/carnivore. The VA is captured by Novo Nordisk.
