I personally hope that in the future, there will exist polished, out-of-the box, FOS android apps for running a pruned BTC node, Lightning node, and a NOSTR relay; all fully interoperable with equally open-source and out-of-the-box wallet apps and NOSTR clients.

I switched to using Yakihonne for NOSTR rn. It is pretty awesome so far, but it would be nice if I was also able to side-load the APK from the web or F-Droid rather than download it from the play store. The built-in Lightning Wallet and Address feature is also pretty awesome, but it would be nice if I could also connect an external Lightning Wallet and zap through that. So far, a pretty awesome NOSTR client for android.

I personally believe that Monero has been made obsolete a long time ago with the Lightning Network and TOR. One can also clean up their on-chain Bitcoin using coinjoin or mixing. I also noticed how Monero fans always act like trashcoiners when talking about Bitcoin, and unlike us Bitcoiners, they have a hate-relationship with their trashcoin's founder. How sad. 🥺

When are NOSTR devs gonna give us push notifications for Amethyst, Damus, Primal, etc.? I'd like the convenience of having a phone notification instead of opening the app and checking the bell icon.

The silver lining with the Tiktok ban: a centralized, closed-source platforms that many Americans use will be annihilated from the competition that NOSTR has when it comes to adoption. Many Americans who are desperate to find a platform where one can critique the US government and its foreign "allies" WILL look to NOSTR. If anything, us NOSTR users should be very glad that Tiktok is being banned in the US, albeit for THE WRONG REASONS.
