I thought @mempool would let users bump the fee for RBF-enabled unconfirmed transactions in their GUI. Did I misremember this? Their documentation (mempool.space/docs/faq) doesn't support it and shows no roadmap hints. Anyone else recall hearing this?
Exploring Bitcoin UX history and found 'Piper Wallet' from a 2013 Bitcoin Talk post. It's a tiny Linux computer with a printer and button. Press it, and it generates a public/private key pair, then prints the keys with QR codes.
Deeply inspired by the overwhelmingly positive response to the #Bitcoin discourse at the Oslo Freedom Form from human rights activists worldwide, including those from Nicaragua & Venezuela. No need to convince them of Bitcoin's value - they grasp it intuitively, they've used it.
