I do not consider to buy anything at online platform that does not allow me to browse the catalog of items beforehand anonymously using Tor.

Blixt is a very nice lightning wallet to connect to your node at home over Tor for doing payments.

A lot of books about Bitcoin and related topic such as Austrian economics have been published this year. Writing books is a sign of low time preference and so perfectly aligned with the topic itself.

Even if you pay for using three parking spaces in a crowded car parking it is still not a nice behavior. So paying the fee for the ordinals stuff on Bitcoin leaves a bad smell anyway that should not be excused (they paid the fee) or even encourage (we need a fee market). In the realm of anarchism this problem is a ridge walk and also known as the "bad neighbor problem" (Hans-Hermann Hoppe). In the end the people in the bitcoin community share some values that is transacting value and therefore the bad neighbors dumping garbage on the blockchain are not welcomed and should leave.

It's a pity that snort.social does not work properly anymore with Tor :-( All profile names and pictures are not resolved anymore.

When reading "Principles of Economics" by @Saifedean Ammous one have to be aware that here the word "fiat" as a slightly negative connotation that has been introduced in the "Fiat Standard" 😉

The leading voices in Bitcoin are changing fast like at the Tour de France when speed is high and everyone in the main field is only leading at the front for less than a minute. That is healthy and quite the opposite to politics where people are sticking to their posts for a lifetime and can not retire even if they are already mentally impaired.

Dead code is a code smell and should be removed. That also applies to Bitcoin scripts. From a development point of view removing ordinals would make sense. A lot of care is taken to make block usage as efficient as possible, but removing dead code is not a priority? //cc @Bitcoin Mechanic

As a business you may say that customers demand that you support some altcoins, but following this demand has high opportunity costs, because it binds resources that will not be invested in Bitcoin. Supporting altcoins is high time preference. Investing in second layer Bitcoin is low time reference.

It would be nice to have the #ProtonMailAndroidApp on #F-Droid as well. #Threema is available there as well. If one is concerned about privacy it seems somehow obvious to me to avoid the google play store, isn't it?

Somehow a classical UX error for email verification links: Created for clearnet although the user is logged in via the onion site. Happened to me twice this week.

"You Don't Change Bitcoin, Bitcoin Changes You". Except some liberals as it seems as they try to shoehorn Bitcoin into their believe systems like in this book "A Progressive's Case for Bitcoin". Unfortunately this book is not about a Bitcoin journey. It is standstill on the old paradigm of left and right. It is really disappointing that #BitcoinMagazine publish such a lame book.
