End of day 02 on a Carnivore Standard 💪🏽 Steak and Rust Cole for dinner. I can’t believe the results already, i have energy, i don’t feel sluggish, i’ve always had bad joints, so long I didn’t even noticed it anymore, but now i feel like the tin man after he’s been oiled, my knees feel great. I feel like my muscles have strength again. I had no idea i would feel this good even months in, never mind after 2 days. I can’t imagine what it’ll be like after a few weeks and months. 💪🏽 If you have chronic conditions and are wondering whether to take the plunge, do it. It’s worth the money and I’m almost certain you wont regret at least trying it for a week. I’m not gonna lie, eating beef for each meal is starting to get old, but only when I think about eating, when I’m eating it feels great, apparently this feeling fades over time though. Full list of symptoms from my reflections today and consulting Grok to compare what I feel to what i can expect: - Woke up feeling sharp mentally despite short sleep cycle. - No morning muscle/joint aches or bloating. - ⁠Tauter, less jiggly, ungassy belly, feels loads tighter. - ⁠One small, smooth/chunky, low-odor, easy-to-pass poop this afternoon since i started. - ⁠Clearer, 50% less yellow urine, five trips in two days (vs. seven–eight daily). - Less greasy, more “buttery” skin like after applying body butter. - ⁠Less achy, stronger-feeling knees and less creaky joints. Todays meals: 2 silvercut steaks for breakfast 150g each, Beef patties 500g 2 silvercut steaks for dinner Loaded up on 2 teaspoons of salt today with my meat as according to Grok i wasn’t getting enough and that was giving me the stomach ache, and it does feel about 50% better already. Seems like you’re offering an interesting product, but celebrating the destruction of the bitcoin network by promoting the spam loving Bitcoin Core makes me doubt your principles. It’s my view that you are on the wrong side of this war, and that’s gonna cost you in the long run. Day 02 on a Carnivore Standard. I would say 50% of my previous symptoms had disappeared already, madness. I didn’t feel achy or bloated when I woke up. My stomach felt a bit strange but I’m not surprised. Breakfast: 2 silver cut steaks, 300g total Freshly ground black coffee #carnivore image

After years of soulsearching and grinding at a dozen jobs and exploring the intilectual landscape of our age trying to find THE thing I wanted to do. I had the realisation today that it doesn’t exist. I must build it. Today, everything suddenly came together, so many disperate things seemingly unrelated. The crystalisation of my convictions, principles, interests, knowledge, skills, experience, taste and relationships. I know what to do now, or at least where to start, i finally found the corner piece of the puzzle. 🧩 I’ve never felt this way before, but it’s one of those times when you know, you know. So far it only exists in my mind and for just one day, but I’m already excited to share it with all of you when i bring it to life. #inspired

I’ve finally bit the bullet and lived my first day on a Carnivore Standard. 500g of beef skirt for breakfast, 500g of 25% fat mince beef for dinner, salt, water, that’s it. I feel good, already i feel more energised and focused, maybe it’s psychosomatic, but it seems real enough and that’s enough for me. At some point last year I had the realisation that I always felt better after eating lots of beef. I’ve struggled for years waking up sluggish, feeling bloated and hungry at the same time and the feeling lethargic all day. It all started after getting two Covid jabs in 2020, i was naive. Recently I went through all the notes on my phone from the last 7 years and sorted through them. I found a note saying “i feel nautious and bloated constantly since getting the jabs, and my piss is yellow, I can’t seem to drink enough water and i feel exhausted no matter how much I sleep” Things have been this way so long now that I totally forgot when I first felt this way and i assumed it was just a result of leaving my 20’s. But reading that note woke me up to the realisation that this isn’t right and I needed to make a change. I plan to make regular posts to document my journey. I thought I’d start strict and as I expand my knowledge and reflect on my experience I can adjust accordingly if necessary. Stay tuned 💪🏽 #carnivore #carnivore_standard #living_objectively
