Reminder to train your forearms and neck at a minimum 1x per week. Both groups of muscles play vital roles in stabilizing other parts of the body we use every day (hands and head), but most don't dedicate certain strength movements for those muscle groups. Weak forearms can also lead to pain in your hands, wrists or elbows and weak necks can lead to neck pain itself or back pain. Personally, I've been dealing with upper back pain for years now, so I myself am experimenting with strengthening my neck with the hope of maybe that being the solution possibly. Finally, strong forearms and a neck really add to your overall physique. Easiest way to train your forearms is with a rice bucket, plenty of videos on rice bucket workouts on YouTube.
