Quite a colorful meal tonight—pulled pork tacos with salsa de piña, pickled onions, and fresh homemade tortillas. Bright flavors and a whole lot of comfort in every bite. 🌮 #foodstr image
A chilled box of sweet, juicy papaya after a good sweat session at the gym 😌 #foodstr image
Belly rubs on the beach = BEST DAY EVERRRRRRR! Thanks, Dad! Woof! 🐾 #dogstr
Got up earlier than usual today. 🌞 Baked a loaf of #sourdough, made avocado toast with eggs, and brewed a cup of coffee. Now we’re off for a beach walk with the girlies—a slow, peaceful start before going full gorilla mode at the gym. #foodstr
Shepherd’s pie ready for the oven. Can’t wait for that golden crust to form! 🤤 #foodstr image

It’s hot out today 🥵 (like every day of the year), so I put together a fruit box for some afternoon refreshment. 🍍🍎 #foodstr image
Chicken karaage (Japanese fried chicken) Juicy chicken marinated in soy sauce, sake, garlic, and ginger, then coated in potato starch and fried until golden and crispy. Served with butter-salted sweet corn and a cozy bowl of miso soup—pure comfort on a plate. #foodstr image
A humble shakshuka for breakfast. I just used whatever I could find in the fridge and a couple of spices from the pantry. Topped it with a generous sprinkle of feta cheese, served it with some homemade roti I made for a Massaman curry a few weeks ago—froze the leftovers, and they came in handy today. Simple, filling, and delicious. #foodstr image
Kaprao Gai Khai Dao (กะเพราไก่-ไข่ดาว); spicy basil chicken with a fried egg on top. 🍳 This dish is one of the most popular street foods in Thailand—quick, flavorful, and found on almost every corner. Traditionally made with holy basil, garlic, chilies and your choices of meat, it’s the go-to comfort food for many Thais when they want something fast and satisfying. I used duck eggs for the fried egg, so the yolk is extra rich and creamy. 😋 #siamstr #foodstr image
It’s a good girl yogurt bowl! 🐾 Blue spirulina, hawthorn berry, and beetroot mixed into yogurt, plus pumpkin purée with ginger, turmeric, carrot, and a pinch of black pepper. Probiotics can be quite beneficial for dogs, and they work in a similar way to how they help humans. It helps with digestion, support the immune system, and keep tummies happy! #dogstr image
Made some light and refreshing chicken spaghetti with tomato, olives and a splash of lemon. As soon as the smell hit, The Fart went full drama queen—locked in, held her position like a pro, and pulled out every trick she knows.
Dragonfruit is in season right now—everywhere and so cheap! They’re not exactly my favorite, but I couldn’t ignore them. So I sliced them into fun shapes and added some mint and rosemary to make them a bit more appetizing. #foodstr image
Not the prettiest thing to look at, but meal prep really makes raw feeding easier. I mixed up ground beef, mackerel, ground chicken, duck gizzards, beef heart, pork loin, beef liver, and pork kidney, then portioned and froze it. Having the base ready means I can just add a few toppings later. Today the girls had duck feet and a bit of sweet potato purée to round out their meal. 🦴🍠 Simple, no fuss—just trying to keep things manageable and nutritious. #dogstr #dog image
Pasta night was a hit! 🍝 We had spaghetti ragù and freshly baked #sourdough focaccia, and the girls got their own pasta bowl in doggy version. Bowls were licked clean all around – happy bellies, happy family! 🐾❤️ #foodstr #dogstr
Come walk with us… the sand feels perfect today 😊 #dogstr #proofofwalk
Everyone loves Sunday pancakes! 🥞 I’m making dog‑friendly pancakes with sweet potato purée, eggs, rice flour, coconut milk and minced chicken. Scrambled eggs and a mulberry sauce are extra treats for my girls! #dogstr #foodstr image
