A golden, hearty loaf to start the day is such a simple joy, but one of the best 🙂‍↕️ #foodstr #sourdough
Poke bowls for two! I made my own mayo for the sauce instead of using Kewpie—turned out less sweet but still tasty. Had some extra marinated tuna, so that went straight into hand rolls. 🤤 Happy belly, happy me! 😁😁😁 #foodstr
Khao Kluk Kapi (ข้าวคลุกกะปิ) – ‘Kapi’ means shrimp paste. It’s fried rice with shrimp paste sauce, topped with a colorful mix of tasty ingredients. I personally think this dish is a showcase of just how rich Thai cuisine can be. It uses a variety of ingredients, each prepared in a specific way, taking flavors from both land and sea. I used beef instead of the usual pork belly because we prefer leaner meat. The best way to eat it is to take a little of each topping in every bite to enjoy all the flavors and textures together. #foodstr #siamstr image
Spotted this fluffy thing while doing shoulder presses. 🥰 My advice: always keep some dried chicken in your pocket—you never know who you’ll run into! 🐾 #catstr
Good morning, sunshine. Wishing everyone a wonderful day! 🌞 #foodstr #sourdough image
Having a fancy car or designer clothes isn’t my kind of flex. Being loved by a pack of street dogs—that’s the true blessing. 🐾🧡 #dogstr
Hot wings, blue cheese dip, beers, UFC fight night, and cuddle time 😌 #foodstr
The loaf came out a bit darker than usual today—oops! 🙊 I got distracted finishing the floor. Still, I’m pretty happy with the oven spring and those little blisters that quite remind me of crispy pork belly. 😂 It rained all night, so everything outside feels fresh, even though the sky is still a little grey. I made myself a cup of coffee, put on some cozy soft jazz, and now the house smells like a bakery while I wait for those sleepyheads to wake up. Good morning, literally. 😌🌞 #foodstr #sourdough image
Lazy pasta dish tonight—homemade Italian sausage with a spicy cream sauce, topped with crispy garlic and a little parm. 🍝 And here’s my “cheat” way of making crispy garlic: mince or slice the garlic, coat it with a bit of oil (I used coconut oil), then pop it in the microwave on high for 1 minute with the lid on. Take it out, give it a stir to make sure the oil coats well, and repeat 2–3 more times. Easy, quick, and deliciously crispy. 🧄 #foodstr image
