Lazy pasta dish tonight—homemade Italian sausage with a spicy cream sauce, topped with crispy garlic and a little parm. 🍝 And here’s my “cheat” way of making crispy garlic: mince or slice the garlic, coat it with a bit of oil (I used coconut oil), then pop it in the microwave on high for 1 minute with the lid on. Take it out, give it a stir to make sure the oil coats well, and repeat 2–3 more times. Easy, quick, and deliciously crispy. 🧄 #foodstr

I’ve been wrestling with this block of pork belly for about 20 minutes, but finally managed to roll it up for the next step of making chashu pork. It won’t be dinner tonight since it needs resting time in the fridge, but now I’m stuck on the big question—what should I have it with? Not the prettiest thing to look at, but meal prep really makes raw feeding easier. I mixed up ground beef, mackerel, ground chicken, duck gizzards, beef heart, pork loin, beef liver, and pork kidney, then portioned and froze it. Having the base ready means I can just add a few toppings later. Today the girls had duck feet and a bit of sweet potato purée to round out their meal. 🦴🍠 Simple, no fuss—just trying to keep things manageable and nutritious. #dogstr #dog

It’s snack time! The girlies had their Dinosaur Bowl today… grrrr 🦖🦕🤪—mulberry and yogurt flavored, with green tripe, duck egg, chicken wing tips, and a drizzle of raw honey. Definitely a bowl-licking good combo! Also baked a batch of cookies and sprinkled on some mountain salt my sister gave me. On its own, it’s a bit flinty for my taste, but on the cookies? Just as good as sea salt. 🍪 #foodstr #dogstr #dog

Made ตะโก้เผือก (Tako Pueak) last night—sweet taro pudding with creamy, salty coconut on top. I even folded a few pandan leaf cups to keep it traditional… but then the power went out 😅 Had to finish everything up in the dark, with just a few pandan boats — the rest had to be piled up. Not the prettiest batch, but they turned out delicious. #foodstr #siamstr

Had to leave the girls on their own today, so I made an emotional support snack bowl to keep them emotionally distracted 😌🐾 Layered duck feet, some meat, dragon fruit, yogurt, and a whole chicken egg inside a coconut shell—then froze the whole thing solid.
