I bought some quail eggs for the dogs yesterday, so I stole a few from them 😜 I fried the eggs and sautéed some beef with garlic and pepper, then piled everything onto my homemade tortillas from this morning with a generous sprinkle of feta. Gonna shove this in and head to the gym. Oh btw—has anyone tried HYROX? Do you like it? From what I understand, it’s kind of a mix between CrossFit and running? I’m not a big CrossFit person, but HYROX looks kinda fun. #foodstr #asknostr image

A friendly reminder: If you’re still crying over your onions, you probably forgot to sharpen your knife. A dull knife squishes the onion instead of slicing it, which releases more of the stuff that makes your eyes water. 🥹 image

GM 🌞 Not every loaf turns out the way I imagine. I aimed for a nice marbled white and blue, but the marbling didn’t really happen and the blue isn’t quite the shade I hoped for. The shaping could be better too — some big bubbles ended up a bit too close to the crust. It still tastes great! Nice thin, crispy crust, super chewy, and delicious.
