The US dollar has lost more than half of its purchasing power in the last 30 years. Even so, it remains the most important currency on the planet. Now, imagine the other weaker currencies, like the real. Having Bitcoin is a matter of economic survival today. image

The Bybit hackers, who stole a huge amount of ETH by exploiting a flaw in the multisig contract, are trying to swap the ETH for BTC as quickly as possible. They know what’s valuable. The question is: Who in their right mind would trade BTC for stolen, traceable ETH? And the most interesting part is that, since Bybit needs to buy ETH to reimburse its clients, the price is going up instead of dumping, as it normally would… Wouldn’t be surprising if Bybit itself is buying back the ETH from the hackers with BTC—directly or indirectly, through savvy market makers.

Communists are the villains. Villains are the communists. I don't know if Thomas Barcellar is still alive, but in every class he would repeat: "Discontent is usually ungrateful, and ungrateful is usually traitorous." All good feelings come from gratitude; even a stray dog has it. Or as Fernando Pessoa declared over 100 years ago: "If all the moral and mental filth in every brain could be swept and gathered, and with it form a gigantic figure, that figure would be communism, the supreme enemy of freedom and humanity, just as everything that lies dormant in the base instincts hidden within each of us. Communism is not a doctrine because it is an antid doctrine, or a contrad doctrine. Everything that man has achieved so far in terms of moral and mental spirituality—that is, civilization and culture—he inverts to form the doctrine that it does not have." View article →

Vitalik is trapped in a nightmare he can't escape. Reverse it and Ethereum proves to be centralized. Do nothing and finance North Korean terrorism, and you will suffer brutal OFAC sanctions. In any case, Ethereum is finished. The only question is how fast it collapses!

You should pay attention to this. We had the biggest hack in crypto history yesterday, at one of the largest exchanges on the planet. Even so, #Bitcoin remains at the same price it was before yesterday. If this doesn't mean anything to you, rethink it.

Don’t Fall for the Bait! ⚠️ I’ve seen many people sharing the Chinese M1 chart, which seems to have “doubled” overnight. It DID NOT double! This is due to a change in the M1 calculation by the PBoC. Traditionally, M1 included cash in circulation (M0) and corporate demand deposits. With the update, individual demand deposits and prepaid funds held by non-bank payment institutions have also been incorporated. But don’t be fooled—China is still expanding its monetary base and injecting liquidity through other tools. View quoted note →

There is a reason for institutional interest in Strategy. Convertible notes are appreciating more than #Bitcoin in the secondary market. At the forefront, this signals that major players are not only buying #Bitcoin via ETFs but also indirectly/synthetically. image

SEVERAL FED MEMBERS SUGGEST PAUSING OR SLOWING QT UNTIL THE DEBT CEILING ISSUE IS RESOLVED This possibility had already been signaled before. With the depletion of the RRF balance, the focus now shifts to the potential exhaustion of the TGA without new issuances. Everything is being warned.
