I think it will be another 2 years before my relatives and friends make it on here. The only thing I think that will speed up adoption for nostr will be macro variables. If things collapses and we see financial issues. There may be a need for a place to go that is uncensored and private. Plus a place that can easy transition payment rails. Nostr may speed up btc adoption and before btc adoption speeds up #nostr adoption.
