NGL if you worry about quantum, like it's gonna happen soon, I assume your pajamas have feet and that you regularly wet your bed.

Bitcoin hedge wizard. Do not consult me unless as a last resort.
I hate politics on both sides.
But hanging out with liberals/progressives is way more draining. The vibe is absolutely defeatist. People with jobs think they're on the verge of being replaced with AI. People with mental illness think they're months away from being marched into camps.
Nothing catastrophoc has actually HAPPENED to them, and they're shuffling around like their entire life has cratered.
Octopath Traveler was one of those games that completely fell off my radar after Switch's first year, largely because the damn thing never fell in price. Finally relented, and picked up a physical copy of the I/II bundle.
It's freaking great.

I am learning how to be a hostage negotiator. Or a flea market bargain hunter. Whichever comes first.

In the early days, people were talking about bitcoin like it was going to be the money protocol -- people would use it and not even know they were using it. Like how there's no such thing as TCP/IP maximalists, because that's just the water every internet user swims in.
Now we still have bitcoin maximalists, but we already have bitchat users who don't know they're using nostr.
Knots is encouraging users to run nodes, and that makes it a net good. More users leveling up and gaining the skills to help strengthen the network is good.
And Knots detractors shouldn't be so emotionally invested, if they really think Knots cannot accomplish it's intended purpose of slowing the propagation of spam.
